Locums - Tampa, Florida, Emergency Medicine Opening
Start Date: ASAPAssignment Duration: 3 months
Coverage & Shift Details:
- 24-hour physician coverage required
- APP coverage: 12 hours/day (flexes based on volume)
- Candidates must be willing to work equitable distribution of days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to work at main facility associated with FSED
Patient Volume & Facility Details:
- Annual volume: 9,000 visits
- Year-to-date average: 57 patients/day (2025 average: 53/day)
- Admission rate: 5%
- 10,000 square foot facility
- 11 emergency room bays, including fully equipped trauma bay
- All private treatment rooms
