Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our hospital- employed Emergency Medicine team in Bangor, Maine. New graduates and those seeking visa sponsorship are encouraged to apply. Part-time and per diem opportunities are also available.

About us:

· Tertiary care referral center serving the northern 2/3 of Maine

· 38k patients/year encompassing all ages; highest acuity ED in the state

· Group consists of 17 ABEM certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and 7 APPs

· Dual physician coverage at a minimum 24/7

· Care areas include the main ED, Behavioral Health and observation. Access to Behavioral Health practitioners and clinicians 24/7

· Full support of medical specialists, including ED Pharmacist, PICU, NICU, IMU, CCU, and a closed ICU
