Performs emergency medical service duties as assigned.

**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Assists Paramedic partner with a multitude of medical interventions and general patient care.
+ Transports patients to a receiving department or facilities if indicated.
+ Safely operates an ambulance and EMS radios during non-emergency and emergency situations.
+ Cleans and maintains ambulance's interior and exterior regularly.
+ After each patient use: cleans unit, cleans carrier, changes sheets, restocks supplies, disposes of trash, and ensures equipment returns to its proper place.
+ Collects and documents data such as vital signs, for reassessment at specific times for patient population.
