Job Description : Provides pre-hospital care for patients including assessing, patient care, transferring and transporting.

Salary and Pay Band

Pay Band 11 $22.600 to $24.210 (3 step range)

Education

• Licensing Exam to become registered with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
• Emergency Medical Responder certificate (EMR)
• Grade 10

Licenses

• Valid Class 4 driver’s license

Other Education and Training

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C Certificate (CPR)
• First Aid Certificate

Competencies

• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Basic - Computer skills

Knowledge and Abilities

• Ability to communicate in a cross-cultural setting
