Job Description
Responsible for rendering technical patient care and assistance to assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Treatment rooms and the storeroom are appropriately stocked with supplies to ensure prompt patient treatment.

_UVA Health’s Emergency Department is a 75-bed Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. As a regional referral center, the UVA ED sees patients from throughout Virginia, as well as from West Virginia and Tennessee. This department cares for complex patients throughout the age spectrum._
_Treatment for burns, broken bones, acute illnesses, and pain unresponsive to over-the-counter medicine._
