Location: One of our EMEA Plants - Ireland / Northern Ireland (Letterkenny, Burnfoot, Campsie), Rugvica, Croatia / Tognana, Italy / Nove Mesto, Slovakia - with regular travel across EMEA plant sites

Reporting to: EMEA TA Head

The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced EMEA Plant Recruitment Manager to lead fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing hiring across multiple plants and countries. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can run a hiring engine at scale—building predictable delivery against demand while partnering closely with Plant Leadership, HR, and Operations.
