Job Description

• Perform technical duties related to the activities of the Fertility Centre’s cases
• Assist in the ART laboratory related inquiries
• Continue in the quality assurance program in all ART procedures to ensure efficient operation of the section at all times while reducing medical errors.
• Demonstrate operational knowledge of the embryonical procedure applicable to area of assignment.
• Anticipate potential risk and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment.
• Manage resources to achieve optimum productivity.
• Provide safe and and quality embryological care to customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction
• Ensure completion of all competencies and orientation checklist within stipulated time frame.
• Address customer’s complaints promptly.
• Exceed set standards and quality in embryology care rendered.
