  Responsibilities 
 Serve as a technical leader for development projects,
 Lead a team of firmware engineers, including career development, performance appraisal, and providing regular feedback,
 Design, develop, test & debug applications for the existing and new Fluke products,
 Responsible for developing, and implementing project plans and processes, schedules, and documentation of work and results.
 
  Your Team 
 You will be part of a global engineering organization with team members in Europe, North America, and Asia leading organizations of engineers primarily located in Poland or other parts of Europe. The team in Wroclaw, Poland is or will be supporting a broad range of products within Digital Multimeters, Solar applications, installation testers, products to support EV Market (Electrical Vehicles), calibration, and networks.
