POSITION: SENIOR SOFTWARE MANAGER

REPORTING TO: Head of Hardware & Software – Philippines

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Software Manager will lead and scale high-performing embedded software engineering teams responsible for developing production-quality solutions for the client’s beauty product portfolio. This role will drive end-to-end delivery excellence, ensuring software development aligns with the client’s “four Ons”: on time, on quality, on specification, and on cost. The position requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in embedded systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global engineering teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building engineering capability in the Philippines, advancing development practices, and delivering innovative, high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
