Experis is currently recruiting an Embedded Software Engineering Manager (Group Leader) to join an international technology and industrial company developing mission-critical embedded systems used worldwide in airports, public transportation and large infrastructures.

Location: Ovar, Portugal (hybrid model – 2 days/week onsite)

International environment: collaboration with engineering teams in Germany and the Netherlands

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team of software and firmware engineers (~10 people)
• Ensure delivery of embedded software projects on time, with quality and certification compliance
• Coordinate technical roadmap, releases and stakeholders
• Contribute hands-on when needed, acting as Product Owner or Test Architect
