YT Technologies has partnered with a premier, highly successful manufacturer of medical devices and life-changing mechatronic products.
They are looking for their first dedicated Senior Embedded Software Specialist to act as the primary software authority within their multidisciplinary engineering hub in Leeds.
This isn't a role where you sit in a silo waiting for a tight corporate brief. You will be the sole internal software specialist, working directly alongside mechanical and electronics engineers.
Key Responsibilities:

Firmware Architecture & Maintenance: Design, write, and maintain robust embedded C/C++ firmware for life-changing physical devices.

In-House Transition: Proactively manage the technical relationship with external contractors, systematically absorbing and transferring the codebase back in-house.
