Embedded Software Engineer - Aerospace

**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for the design, development, and testing of embedded software (firmware). The role encompasses working on devices such as flight recorders, health monitoring systems, networking switches, which facilitate control and monitoring of critical physical components such as motors, alternators, engines, valves, and fans, among others through a secure digital communications infrastructure. The engineer must have a deep understanding of the hardware being controlled and the real-time functions it performs, enabling the design, development, implementation, and testing of the necessary logic and software.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

This individual contributor position, which offers a blend of onsite and hybrid work arrangements, is based in Grand Rapids, MI and necessitates a presence in the office for 2-3 days each week. An extensive corporate relocation package is also available for eligible candidates
