Embedded Hardware & Firmware Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital circuits (voltage regulators, SMPS, buck/boost converters, timers, relay drivers, protection circuits)
• Read and interpret component datasheets independently
• Design complete schematics for microcontroller-based systems (ESP32, STM32, etc.)
• Design production-ready PCBs (2/4 layer)
• Work on power electronics (AC loads, contactors, protection systems preferred)
• Write robust firmware using Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, STM32 HAL/CubeMX
• Handle communication protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, RS485, Modbus, MQTT
• Debug hardware and firmware issues
• Support pilot production and field troubleshooting
