Responsibilities
- The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of the broadcast campaigns and email automation of current and potential customers, as well as SMS campaign execution. This is an extremely cross‑functional role that will closely work with creative, content, web, and other departments in the company, while innovating clients’ strategy, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and leveraging senior leaders in the team to further innovate strategy.
- Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for the PDM clients.
- Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
- Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end‑to‑end tracking and proper measurement.
