Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results‑driven Email Marketing Campaign Specialist with 3+ years of hands‑on experience to lead and optimize our email campaigns.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns using Salesforce Sales Cloud (or equivalent).
2. Manage email calendars, segmentation, and automation workflows.
3. Monitor and optimize performance (CTR, open rates, bounce & reply rates).
4. Troubleshoot deliverability issues and manage database health.
5. Run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversions.
6. Ensure GDPR & CAN‑SPAM compliance.
7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

1. Proven 3+ years in email marketing.
2. Strong expertise in Salesforce or similar platforms.
