Email Marketing Coordinator

Duties:

+ Email Marketing

+ Assist with execution of email marketing campaigns including overall strategy, best practices, audience segmentation, and testing

+ Assist with cultivation of constituents for fundraising and volunteer engagement opportunities

+ Build and send emails in HubSpot including newsletters, fundraising appeals, event promotions, volunteer recruitment, and others

+ Optimize email KPIs including inbox deliverability, data feeds, and mobile metrics; cultivate growth by fine-tuning segment lists (http://blog.hubspot.com/blog/tabid/6307/bid/32848/Why-List-Segmentation-Matters-in-Email-Marketing.aspx) based on behaviors

+ Guide staff in utilizing Salesforce to send emails to constituents, including creating templates as needed
