Must haves
- Design, develop, and maintain standardized, modular, and scalable email templates and design systems;
- Build and support demand generation, multi-touch, and nurture email programs;
- Lead the transition from Marketo to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), adopting modern platform features and best practices;
- Take full ownership of how email modules, templates, and components are built, maintained, and scaled;
- Ensure emails meet accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-client compatibility;
- Partner with internal marketing stakeholders to deliver tailored and templatized email campaigns;
- Own email testing, QA, and deliverability, ensuring high-quality execution across platforms;
- Continuously improve email engineering processes as foundational capabilities are established.
