• Sales and product knowledge: Encourage and Recommend Ella Beverages based on customer preferability, stay up-to-date on trends and new drinks.
• Sales goals: Actively work to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Store operations: Process transactions, assist client payment, maintain a clean and organized Ella Machineand perform general tasks like restocking and inventory.
• Teamwork and events: Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events, promotions and marketing efforts.
