Elite Bilingual Sales Development Rep (Sdr) & Power Dialer Specialist (Medellín)

MISSION

You are the High-Volume Sales Engine of The Credle Group (Homes & Loans Worldwide). Your mission is to aggressively convert cold and warm leads into booked appointments using advanced dialer technology and specialized scripts. You are key to achieving our goal of 60+ closings per month by providing the CEO with pre-qualified, money-ready appointments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (DIALING & CONVERSION)

• Power Dialing: Execute 200+ dials daily using power dialers like Mojo Dialer or PhoneBurner to contact homeowners, investors, and cold lists.
• Speed-to-Lead: Manage all incoming leads from the AI assistant (Lofty) and ensure response time is under 5 minutes to secure appointments.
• RE/Mortgage Qualification: Quickly qualify prospects on both real estate motivation and mortgage readiness (credit, income, equity).
• Appointment Setting: Book 3-5 appointments daily for the CEO and assigned agents (Buyer Consults, Seller CMAs, Refi ...
