Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education 
High school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) and completion of a Vocational or technical training program in Elevator and Escalator maintenance
Experience 
A minimum of two experience as a licensed Elevator/Escalator technician (Elevator and Escalator maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair)
Certification/Licensure
Any, one or more, of the following (and maintained while in the job):
Valid Driver¿s License
Certification from (NEIP) National Elevator Industry Education Program
Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee or equivalent (JATC)
Certified Elevator Technician (CET)
Current MD, VA, DC mechanic licenses
A valid driver¿s license 
Preferred
N/A
