**Job Description**
The Configuration Technician stages, programs, and troubleshoots software solutions to ensure mobile devices, RFID systems, and point-of-sale (POS) hardware are fully configured and ready for deployment. This role serves as a critical link between procurement and field operations by diagnosing and resolving software deployment, network connectivity, and hardware issues while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**

+ Stage and configure mobile devices, RFID systems, and point-of-sale (POS) hardware so that they are fully prepared for customer deployment.
+ Program and install software on a variety of devices, including downloading and installing required applications and updates.
