Description
In this role you are responsible to determine the solution direction to repair broken service parts. This is done by analyzing the history of the part, determine the actual failure of the part, and defining the solution direction and the competences that are required to repair the part. Furthermore, a test and validation plan needs to be created to ensure that the repaired part is fully functional and meeting technical specifications.
Responsibilities:
Build up the testrig, trouble shoot the failure, testrig validation.
Perform incoming inspection and confirm repairability of incoming materials
Perform root cause analysis on failure modes and determine most effective solution direction to repair the part and test functionality
Collaborate with internal global engineering teams to share knowledge, confirm root cause analysis and solution direction
