**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience with PCB soldering, including both through-hole and surface mount components. A background in electrical assembly within Military (MIL-SPEC) or Medical (Class III) standards is essential. Familiarity with IPC standards, particularly J-STD-001, is preferred. This role requires experience with quality inspection and maintaining high workmanship standards, as well as the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Knowledge of ESD protocols and working in controlled environments is also crucial.
