Responsibilities The incumbent of this position serves as an expert authority on next generation wireless communications technologies and applications. The incumbent is required to have an in-depth knowledge of wireless telecommunications technologies, network infrastructure and RF engineering, in order to provide guidance, direction, and development of Bureau/Office and Commission policy regarding coverage mapping, technology deployments, spectrum management, broadband and competition policy, and infrastructure development.
