Job Description

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will guide a talented team of engineers while contributing your own expertise in analog/mixed‑signal and FPGA design. This is a true player‑coach role where you manage the Electronics Design team and also oversee technical execution and provide hands‑on contribution.

The Opportunity

As the Electronics Design Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of complex, safety‑critical electronics for our advanced ophthalmic systems. You will manage electrical engineers, drive architecture, guide design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross‑functionally across software, optics, mechanical, and systems teams to deliver cohesive, high‑performance systems that meet regulatory and quality standards.
