**Electronics Assembler - Pay starting at $16.00 per hour**

Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking Assemblers and Machine Operators to join their team. As an small electronics assembly worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of electronic components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality.
Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Havana, FL
Pay Range: Starting at $16.00/hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

**What's the Job?**

+ Solder, assemble, and rework electronic components and PCBs to IPC standards
+ Operate and support SMT and Through‑Hole automated equipment
+ Read and follow MPIs, BOMs, schematics, and work instructions
+ Inspect, test, and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure quality compliance
+ Maintain documentation, equipment cleanliness, and lean/5S work standards
