Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design B2B/EDI integrations.
• Develop and configure EDI maps, components, and workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Work directly with customers and trading partners for onboarding, testing, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional specs, test plans, technical documentation, and support go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and managed services partners on integration delivery.
