Electronic Assemblers - Coil Winding

**Job Title:** Electronic Assemblers

**Location:** Newbury Park, CA

**Pay Range:** $22hr.

**Shift: 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm)**

**Desired Skills:**
**_• Experience within an Aerospace company_**
**•** **_Insulation/Manual coil winding/MCS coil winding experience (any type of experience cutting small wires, taping, and most importantly having steady hands)_**
**_• Light Soldering/Solder Hook-Up experience_**
**_• Testing experience (aerospace) automatic/manual_**

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to ensure quality standards are met
+ Operate equipment and tools efficiently to meet production schedules
+ Identify and troubleshoot issues during production, seeking guidance when necessary
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures
