**Wire Technician (Electrical Assembly)**

**Contract‑to‑Union | Day Shift | High‑Tech Automation**

**What You’ll Do**

+ Assemble and wire control panels and automation equipment
+ Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
+ Perform terminations, routing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
+ Use hand and power tools for precision assembly
+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

**What We’re Looking For**

+ 1–2 years of electrical assembly or wiring experience
+ Ability to read basic diagrams and use hand tools
+ Strong attention to detail and quality
+ Basic computer skills

**Nice to Have:** Control panel experience, technical training, interest in automation
