**Job Description**

This role focuses on assembling wire harnesses using large schematic and blueprint boards in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. You will work with cables, connectors, and basic tools to build high-quality harness assemblies according to detailed specifications and color-coded diagrams.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble wire harnesses on large schematic and blueprint boards according to detailed instructions.
+ Harness and route cables to build complete wire harness assemblies.
+ Braid wires neatly and consistently to meet quality and safety standards.
+ Read and interpret schematics and blueprints, including color-coded layouts, to determine the correct placement of each wire and cable.
+ Connect wires and cables into various types of connectors accurately and securely.
+ Use basic hand tools and power tools to tighten, screw, fasten, and connect parts on the schematic board.
