Electro Mechanical Technician

**Job Overview:**

**Location:** Keurig Spartanburg 2 3220 Moore Duncan Hwy, Suite 100 Moore SC 29369

**Temporary Start-Up Schedule:**

During the start-up phase, this position will work the following schedule:

+ Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
+ Alternating Fridays: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (6-hour shifts)

Upon completion of the start-up phase, this position will transition to a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled is required.

The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment to maximize production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. This role plays a key part in supporting continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.
