Electro-Mechanical Technician

**Key Responsibilities**

**Equipment Maintenance & Repair**

+ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
+ Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
+ Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems

**Preventative Maintenance**

+ Execute scheduled preventative maintenance program (PMs)
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
+ Identify potential equipment failures and recommend improvements

**Troubleshooting & Diagnostics**

+ Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and efficiently
+ Use diagnostic tools and schematics to identify root causes
+ Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime

**Installation & Upgrades**

+ Assist with installation of new machinery and equipment
