+ Repair and install advanced production and manufacturing equipment
+ Inspect equipment for proper functioning and perform preventative maintenance
+ Diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute complex repairs or adjustments
+ Mentor and support less experienced mechanics
+ Oversee or perform general housekeeping and upgrade production lines with new technology
