Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician - GU21

We're hiring multiple Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians for a growing precision engineering manufacturer in the GU21 area.

This is a hands‑on, technical role working on complex electro‑mechanical products in a fast‑paced production environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building electro‑mechanical assemblies (motors, PCBs, wiring, mechanical parts)
• Soldering, cable harnessing and precision fitting
• Reading engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs
• Running test programs and supporting diagnostics
• Fault finding, rework and supporting quality/RMA work
• Recording production and test data accurately
• Supporting continuous improvement and high‑quality standards
