Job Description

• Perform scope required for soft maintenance, electrical, HVAC, fire prevention, and energy consumption limited to operations, monitoring and minor troubleshooting and minor repairs. Major repairs and spare parts will be billed to PMI.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical or mechanical systems.
• Perform related tests on MEP system and devices.
• Perform minor civil works (carpentry, painting, plumbing).
• Electrical and wirings tasks.

Qualifications: At least high school or Vocational graduate. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical (electrical, mechanical, and civil works).
