Position Overview

Shaw Industries is seeking an Electrician Master (V) for 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m.) The Electrician Master (V) is the highest-tier electrical maintenance technician role, responsible for expert-level troubleshooting, advanced automation & controls programming, and leadership in maintaining the plant’s most complex electrical, Robotics, automation, and control systems. This role ensures equipment operates at peak efficiency and lowest reasonable cost. The Reliability Electrician V also serves as a technical mentor and subject matter expert, leading Reliability Electricians II–IV and supporting large-scale improvements across the facility.
