Electrician needed in Loughborough Paying £24 per hr ref OR104033 Full time hours on a temporarybasis Key Responsibilities Support the Repairs Team Leaders in delivering an excellent: Vacant property repairs service Responsive repairs service Gas servicing, maintenance and compliance service Planned maintenance service Carry out a wide range of electrical repair and maintenance tasks within a multi-skilled environment. Work flexibly across trades when required, supporting peaks and troughs in demand or skills availability. Complete all work to a high standard of quality, safety, and productivity. Ensure repairs are completed promptly and within agreed timescales. Introduce yourself to tenants professionally, present valid identification, explain the nature of the work, and wear overshoes when entering occupied properties.
