Electrician (Laurentides)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrician is responsible for performing electrical preventative maintenance, supporting automation systems, and completing electrical improvement projects to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment. This role contributes to minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Respond promptly to plant and equipment maintenance needs, ensuring all SOPs and standard safety procedures are followed.
• Assist in developing and following all preventative maintenance programs within the plant.
• Develop equipment maintenance and operation SOPs as required.
• Work with the maintenance team to troubleshoot during line equipment set‑ups, and monitor and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
