Electrician

Responsibilities We are currently recruiting for an Electrician on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Electricial Foreman, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated self- starter, dependable and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate will have excellent attention to detail and have good communication skills. This position requires flexibility to work shift work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Installing: AC/DC motors Power and control circuits High tension installations PLC programming and fault-finding Cabling, cable sizing, cable laying and connections. Testing and commissioning. Working as part of a team and also on your own initiative. Training of apprentices and colleagues. Adhering to quality control standards and displaying strong attention to detail. May include travel abroad to installation sites.
