Employment Type Full-Time, Non-Exempt | W-2 TEMP HIRE Project-Funded Location Saipan, CNMI | On-site at assigned congregate shelter sites Compensation $40.00/hour direct rate; overtime per CNMI Wage and Hour Act (4 CMC §9221); DBA + CNMI Workers’ Compensation coverage at no cost to employee
TEMP HIRE — W-2 Project-Funded: This is a project-funded W-2 TEMP HIRE position recruited under Stafford Act §307 local hire authority (42 U.S.C. §5150) for direct-customer ROM engagements. Period of performance is bound to the specific engagement (currently CNMI EOC Shelter Wrap-Around Services, FEMA-3645-EM, with 60-day base plus 180-day option at customer election). CNMI residency required throughout employment. This is not a permanent position.
