Electrical Test Engineer/ Failure Analysis Engineer - High Vacuum Systems
Location: Southbridge, MA Area | Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 | Full-Time | Onsite

Overview:

A precision electronics manufacturer in the Southbridge area is seeking a hands-on Failure Analysis Engineer / Electronic Test Engineer to investigate and troubleshoot returned electronic assemblies and systems.

This role focuses on diagnosing customer-reported issues, performing high-vacuum testing in an ISO 7 cleanroom, and collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve product performance concerns.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with hardware, solving complex technical problems, and supporting customers through detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Experience in semiconductor, photonics, or high-vacuum electronics is highly preferred.
