Job Description

คำอธิบายงาน
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery in the tire manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow PM (Preventive Maintenance) and PdM (Predictive Maintenance) plans
Perform PLC and IPC data backup
Repair and troubleshoot production machinery using machine software
Improve machinery to enhance product quality, increase production levels, and reduce breakdowns
Ensure high machine availability
Change and set up tools
Maintain spare parts and consumable materials
Report work details in SAP-PM (work order confirmations, spare parts reservations, etc.)
Coordinate with the IT department to resolve network issues
Comply with ESH (Environment, Safety & Health) work instructions and 5S activities
Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization daily
