We are seeking skilled Multi-craft Maintenance Technicians for a client in Athens, AL who will be responsible for diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance within our facility. This role requires individuals who can effectively manage electrical and mechanical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs.
+ Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
+ Change out motors and repair or replace gearboxes, pumps, belts, and bearings.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
+ Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, and cabling systems.
+ Follow a structured preventative maintenance schedule.
