+ Develop a schedule and cost-effective plan for project completion.
+ Collaborate with staff to create preconstruction estimates and budgets for materials and labor.
+ Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.
+ Inspect work regularly for quality and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports.
