Electrical Site Manager - Data Center Projects

Overview

Location: Finland – Helsinki (constriction site for Data Centers)

Travel: 50% in the EMEA region, with rotating possibility to other countries (e.g., Sweden)

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton’s on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) compliance on-site.
• Represent the Project Manager in local coordination meetings.
• Coordinate Eaton and vendor activities daily.
• Provide daily written updates to the Project Manager.
• Lead on-site teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Audit testing and commissioning processes.
• Organize site training and resolve issues professionally.
