About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join my client's team on a 24/7 shift pattern, covering a commercial site in Carshalton. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
• Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU's, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
• Monitor BMS
• Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently...
