Electrical Remedial Engineer

Responsibilities

As a Electrical Remedial Engineer for BES Electrical, you will carry out electrical testing within the social housing industry in the North West and Yorkshire area, including domestic/communal areas and any associated remedial works identified.

• Undertake high‑quality electrical repairs and remedial works following inspection (distribution board changes, RCDs and socket changes).
• Participate in small projects such as EV installations.
• Comply with company standards of work performance, electrical policies and procedures.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Utilise our CRM system and reporting software to accurately record electrical documentation.
• Liaise with customers and supply‑chain members to provide an excellent service.
• Maintain van stocks and provide information to improve first‑time fixes in the area you work within. <...
