Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring volume, quality, and cost goals.
• Lead and oversee execution of the high‑voltage maintenance program, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Design, implement, and evaluate electrical systems and equipment to support plant operations, coordinating with design team members and developing solutions for potential weak points.
• Develop and manage capital projects, including budgeting, project scope, specifications, and documentation, while maintaining and updating power distribution system records.
• Provide expert advice and training on electrical equipment, fostering continuous improvement, reliability, and energy‑saving opportunities.
