Electrical Quantity Surveyor

On-Site International are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for work in Europe . The role will be a work from home position candidates will be required to travel to sites in Europe when required. Rate: 55/hour Travel & accomodation covered when travelling to sites in Europe. Duties: Responsible for the commercial management of electrical installation packages on large-scale data centre construction projects Preparing and managing cost plans, valuations, variations, subcontractor procurement, contract administration, cost reporting, and final accounts Monitoring project budgets & assessing commercial risks Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors Hours: Monday - Friday 40-50 hours Required: Quantity Surveyor Qualification 5+ years experience in a similar role Willing to travel out to Europe for meetings when required TPBN1_UKTJ
