Electrical Project Manager - Perth Based

Core Talent have partnered with a Tier 1 Commercial Construction client who are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their Perth based team.

Responsibilties:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades
• Oversee and approve all design, procurement and drawings for projects
• Lead and manage the project team, providing coaching, feedback and development to team members
• Manage financial performance of projects
• Resource and workforce planning
• Management of quality systems and procedures
• Vendor management

Requirements
 

• 5 years experience in managing medium/large scale projects withing the construction and building services industry
• Demonstrated experience to liaise with external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
